This page forms part of both the Amber Privacy Policy and the Amber Demo Privacy Policy. It describes the providers used for both versions. User-configured API connections are covered separately by the Custom API Privacy Notice.

All providers handling AI content for our hosted services are subject to the ZDR and no-training commitments in both Privacy Policies.

We operate from China and host our application servers in the United States. Information may therefore be processed outside your country, including in China, the United States, and other countries where our providers operate. International transfers are subject to the safeguards required by applicable law. Contact us for information about the safeguards that apply to your data.
